We talked to Daniel Byrd about what type of vehicle was needed. First looked at an Equinox. It had more computer controls than she was comfortable with. Daniel suggested the Trailblazer. It was a good fit. Plenty of cargo space, set up higher for visibility, and less confusion with the control panel. Daniel worked with Jane to get her more comfortable with everything. Took 2025 Acadia purchased there to have factory molded assist steps installed that were purchased and paid for through myGMC. I had an 8:30 appointment for the install. GMC allowed $450(3 hours) for install. I dropped it off on time and returned home expecting to pick it up around noon. I called about it about 1 o'clock and was told it would be about another 1 1/2 hours. It wasn't until about 2 o'clock that the Acadia was moved to be worked on. I received a call about 3:30 saying it was ready. When I picked it up, I was told they were just so busy was the reason for the delay. I wasted half of my day waiting. It was a good thing I didn't stay there and wait for it. What was the point of having an 8:30 appointment if it wasn't going to be when dropped off? I did want the moldings that were taken off so they had to get them for me from the body shop. I am happy with the work but the delay of the work was way too long. I will rethink if I want to have service done there again.

I was told the trailer light coming on all the time of and on kicks my cruise off going down the interstate this is twice I have had it for the same thing first time they put a brake sensor on didn’t fix it that was right after I bought it it lasted 2 days and it was doing it again it got to were it might go off 10 times in 50 miles I brought it back the 20 th of this month and they said they had to program it which I had to pay 167.00 dollars because I was told they wouldn’t cover my thought is you sold it to me that way and you covered it the first time why wouldn’t you cover a problem that was there when I bought it I know the truck had a new computer put on it while it was sitting on your lot so my question is was it not programmed right when it was put in if they said it needed reprogrammed so I will bring it back down which means I have to take of work again it’s almost a hour drive

Buying this $75,000+ Yukon was the most frustrating car-buying experience I’ve ever had. First, the price listed on their website clearly stated it was available to everyone. I even took a screenshot. However, once we began discussing numbers, I was told that price only applied if I financed through them. That felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. When I asked about financing, I was told they would “run my credit through 100+ banks to get the best rate.” I had just done the same at another GM dealership and qualified for 4.5% through Scott Credit Union, so I expected something similar. Instead, they came back with 7% through PNC. When I asked about Scott Credit Union, they said they didn’t work with them. I called my Scott Credit Union rep on the spot, and she confirmed that they do work with Autry Morlan. After a three-way call, the truth came out — Autry Morlan wouldn’t use Scott Credit Union because PNC offered them a $3,000 kickback. So, they intentionally pushed me into a higher interest rate. I offered to put $40,000 down to lower the rate, but they refused, saying I could only finance up to 10% of the purchase price — again, because they wouldn’t receive their kickback otherwise. At that point, I should have walked away. Then, when I said I’d just refinance with Scott Credit Union afterward, they told me the deal would be canceled if I refinanced. I have no idea how they think they can control what I do with my own loan. When the final paperwork came through, the total was $3,000 higher than the price we agreed on. I caught it, and they brushed it off as a “miscalculation.” I also wanted to use my GM card for the down payment, but they wanted to charge me a 3% fee for that too. This entire process felt deceptive, greedy, and completely lacking in customer care. I would never recommend Autry Morlan to anyone looking for an honest or transparent dealership.
